Customer Service Representative (24-32 hours/week)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive team player to join our young, dynamic team. Are you someone who enjoys helping people, taking initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment? Then you could be exactly who we need!

What you will do:
As an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will answer questions by phone, email and chat - always with a focus on fast, friendly and solution-oriented support. With empathy and excellent communication skills, you will help our customers in a way that feels personal and professional.
You'll also work with your colleagues to ensure our products and content are of the highest standards and always look their best.
